With proper care, the look remains full for two to four weeks. We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain volume. Fill eligibility requires about 40–50% retention; appointments past four weeks are treated as a new full set.

Yes when applied by a trained technician who assesses lash health first. We use lightweight fans and adjust volume to avoid stress. A patch test and customized mapping help protect sensitive eyes and fragile natural lashes.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid oil-based products beforehand. Remove contact lenses if possible, skip caffeine for steadier application, and plan for the appointment time without rushing to ensure proper placement.

Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24–48 hours. Use oil-free cleansers, brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie, avoid rubbing, and sleep on your back to extend retention between fills.

Mascara is generally unnecessary and not recommended. If needed, use a water-based formula sparingly on tips only. Avoid oil-based mascaras and waterproof formulas that can weaken adhesive bonds and shorten retention.

If more than four weeks pass, significant natural shedding may occur and we consider that appointment a new full set, billed accordingly. We can assess your lashes and recommend removal or a fresh full set based on retention.
