Sessions usually take about 10–20 minutes depending on hair amount and technique. Allow extra time for consultation and aftercare. Arrive with clean skin and quarter-inch hair for best results; our staff will advise if you need guidance.

Most clients experience brief stinging during hair removal, but discomfort is short-lived. We use warm wax and calming methods to minimize pain. Communicate any sensitivity and we’ll adjust technique or perform a patch test for your comfort.

Regrowth typically appears after three to six weeks, varying by individual. With regular waxing hair often becomes finer and sparser. Consistent appointments help maintain a smooth neckline; we’ll recommend timing based on your personal growth pattern.

If your skin is sunburned, inflamed, or broken, we advise waiting until healed. For sensitive skin we perform a patch test and use gentle waxes and soothing products. Always disclose allergies, medications, or conditions when booking.

Before: come with clean, dry skin and avoid heavy creams or exfoliation 24 hours prior. After: keep area clean, avoid sun, heat, and tight collars for 24–48 hours, use soothing products, and exfoliate gently after 48 hours.

Typically every three to six weeks depending on your hair growth and preferences. New clients may start with shorter intervals; over time growth often slows and appointments can be spaced further apart.
